An Important Message from our Service Manager:
Service is Brock’s number one priority. We know that our customers need to have their pool’s running efficiently at all times. That is why Brock prides itself on its outstanding service department. Keeping your pool clean is the most essential need of any pool operator. Brock is happy to provide the industry’s finest pool cleaning equipment to all of our customers. However, we also recognize the need for a helpful and knowledgeable service department. Our service department has the knowledge and parts in stock to do any repair our customer’s need on their pool cleaning equipment.
When you call Brock’s service department, you will be able to obtain troubleshooting advice before sending your machine in for repair. If a machine does need repair, Brock will make sure that your pool vacuums down time will be at a bare minimum. All our customers will receive a detailed quote verbally and at request, faxed or emailed. No repairs have to be made unless you want them to. We will give you our expert advice and try to lead you towards the best possible solution. In the case where a machine is too expensive to repair, Brock has many different model vacuums that they will be able to match to your pools specific cleaning needs.
